Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://skins-empire.com (the "Website") and the purchase of in-game cosmetic items ("Digital Items") through the shop operated by Pixatura OÜ ("Skins Empire", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an Account or placing an Order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

4. Nature of the Services

Skins Empire is a shop for Digital Items used in third-party games (including Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Rust and Team Fortress 2). We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam or the publishers of those games.

Digital Items are delivered to your Steam account via the Steam Trade URL you provide. We do not operate a public seller marketplace and we do not currently offer selling skins to Skins Empire.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your Account. You must provide an accurate email address and, before checkout, a valid Steam Trade URL.

6. Orders and Payment

An Order is an offer to buy the listed Digital Items at the displayed EUR price. Payment is processed by Stripe. The Order is accepted only after Stripe confirms successful payment. We may refuse or cancel an Order if an item is unavailable, a price error is detected, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR). Card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on Skins Empire servers.

7. Delivery

After payment we deliver tradable Digital Items to the Steam account linked to your Trade URL. Delivery times depend on Steam trade availability, including Steam Trade Locks. A Trade Lock delays transfer; it does not cancel an accepted Order or create a refund right by itself. See our Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Digital Items are generally non-refundable once an Order is accepted, especially after delivery to Steam, except where we cannot fulfil the Order, we made an error, a duplicate charge occurred, or a refund is required by law.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or to obtain Digital Items for anyone other than the Steam account you control. We may suspend an Account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding and software are owned by Pixatura OÜ or our licensors. Game names, item names and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by Steam, Valve, banks, payment providers or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms apply from the date published on the Website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
